Terms of Service

HOHdle is a free, fan-made daily trivia game inspired by the TV show Big Brother. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBS, Endemol Shine, or any other rights holder. All trademarks, show footage, and proprietary content belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HOHdle. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

You may play without an account. Creating an account lets you save your streak and history across devices. You sign in with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and your password secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the daily answers before playing
• Automate requests to our game API
• Attempt to disrupt the service or other players’ experience
• Use HOHdle for any commercial purpose without written permission

HOHdle runs on services provided by other companies — Supabase (accounts and database), PostHog (analytics and error reporting), and Vercel (hosting). Using HOHdle means your data is processed by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their handling of that data.

HOHdle is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy of trivia content, uptime, or uninterrupted service. This is a passion project — we do our best, but things break.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOHdle and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of HOHdle after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You may stop using HOHdle and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or if we stop running the game. HOHdle is a hobby project and we make no promise to keep it online indefinitely.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
